ELOG has been upgraded to the latest version available (3.1.5), compiled from source (from the bitbucket git repository). This includes authentication bug
fixes I sent to the ELOG

ELOG has been updated to version 3.1.3-1 to address some issues in authoring html entries, and in particular, to get the "Timestamp" button to work.
